Biography
Raline was born in a noble family. Her father, DR. H. Rahmat Shah, is a senator in MPR RI (Parliament of Republic of Indonesia) from Medan, Southern Sumatera, who also own Rahmat International Wildlife Museum and Gallery.
Raline graduated from National University of Singapore in Political Science and New Media Communication. She also study in Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Beside Indonesian, she speaks fluently in English and French either.
When competed in Putri Indonesia Pageant 2008, Raline elected by the judges as number 4th. But otherwise she was named as Putri Indonesia Favorit voted by over more than 76% viewers of Putri Indonesia Pageant 2008. She also awarded as Putri Lingkungan Hidup.
