Currently reside in Barcelona, Spain. She is a Colombian, singer, dance and model whose hit 2006 song "Hips Don't Lie" became a #1 hit. Shakira gained fame from her 1995 major-label debut album Pies Descalzos and found international success with her 2002 track "Whenever, Wherever." She received over 500 million views and became the seventh most-watched video on YouTube. Shakira was listed as the 58th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes. In July 2014, Shakira became the first person to reach 100 million followers on Facebook.
