Katharine McPhee
Born Katharine Hope McPhee on March 25, 1984 in Los Angeles, California, US. She is an American actress, singer and songwriter. Katherine gained fame in May 2006 as the runner up on the fifth season of American Idol. McPhee has also established an acting career, co-starring in The House Bunny and Shark Night 3D. She played Karen Cartwright, one of the lead roles on the NBC series Smash. She is currently starring in the CBS series Scorpion.
